Karsiyaka beat Fenerbahce 72-65 in the first game of the second leg of Gloria Cup 2020 to hand Igor Kokoskov’s squad their first defeat in preparation.
Raymar Morgan, Tony Taylor, Sek Henry, and D.J. Kennedy posted 12 points apiece for the winning side, that remained in charge of the game since the tipoff.
Melih Mahmutoglu posted a game-high with 16 points and Lorenzo Brown posted 10 points for Fenerbahce. Johnny Hamilton and Jan Vesely followed the two scorers with 8 and 7 points each.
Later on Wednesday, Turk Telekom faces Crvena Zvezda in the second game of the tournament for the day.
