Alba Berlin wasn’t competitive enough against Olimpia Milano.

Olimpia Milano beat Alba Berlin 79 – 57 in the opener of EuroLeague’s “We’re Back” preseason tour that took place in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Sergio Rodriguez scored a team-high 14 points while Zach LeDay dropped 13 points for Milano that controlled all aspects of the game after the first quarter. Kyle Hines added 12 points.

Peyton Siva (14 points) was the only Alba Berlin player in double figures. Aito Reneses’ squad closed the first period up 16 – 15 but Milano responded 23 – 12 in the next quarter to take the advantage for good.

Alba didn’t manage to bounce back, finishing the match with 32 turnovers.

Milano will face the winner of Panathinaikos Athens – Zalgiris Kaunas in the tournament’s final.
