Sergio Llull stated that he wants to continue with Real Madrid after his current contract expires next summer, occupying whatever position it may be, at a press conference Friday, as adapted by Arancha Rodriguez.
“My intention is to continue, in whatever position they want. I am very calm, there is no rush. I am focused on having a good season and continue helping to win titles,” said Llull.
“It is an advantage for me to be able to play as a point guard and shooting guard and I am here for whatever the coach needs, I have no problem combining it. In the SuperCup, I have only played as a shooting guard, but the year is very long and that will be seen”, added 32-year-old Llull, who is on to his 13th year with the Spanish club.
