Ognjen Kuzmic has extended his contract with Crvena Zvezda mts until the summer of 2023, the club announced.
“Staying and extending the contract and loyalty to Crvena Zvezda was an easy decision for me in every respect. Few would stay, believe in me and help me in all ways, after everything that happened to me and that I left behind in the previous period, as Crvena Zvezda did,” Kuzmic, whose life was threatened after a serious car accident last summer, said.
That is why I see the next season as an opportunity for new proving, an opportunity to help the team and return to the club and fans for everything because they were with me when it was the hardest for me and showed that we are a really big family. So I will give everything I can to help Crvena Zvezda to try to win new trophies and look forward to big games,” he added.
