A team member of Olympiacos registered a positive coronavirus case, the Greek powerhouse announced Saturday.
Tests following the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season Round 8 win versus ALBA Berlin brought in the COVID-19 case for the Reds. A new batch of tests for all team members will follow Sunday.
The person testing positive is asymptomatic and was quarantined according to protocols implemented by Greek health authorities.
Upcoming fixtures for Olympiacos include road affairs against FC Barcelona Wednesday and LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Friday.
