Barcelona star Nikola Mirotic will be donating 500 euros for each 3-pointer he scores in all the games starting this week and until January 7 (the day Christmas is celebrated according to the Julian calendar) to an impoverished Serbian family in the Republika Srpska entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Through the charity organization “Serbs for Serbs,” Mirotic will provide the sum that will be collected to help the construction of a new house for the Kokic family from the city of Doboj. The Kokic family has eleven members, including five children aged from 2 to 12.
The family is currently living in a house that is not theirs and is in a bad condition. Enter Mirotic who will be “shooting” triples so that the Kokic family lives under a new, steady and better roof.
Mirotic, together with his wife Nina, have been cooperating with the “Serbs for Serbs” organization for years to help families and people in need.

After providing a new home for six endangered children of the Varga family with hits from the three-point line and collecting money for the construction of a house for the immobile Jasna Dedic and her family, this year the celebrated basketball player decided to provide help for another family!”
