Hot-start FC Bayern Munich gearing up to strengthen the squad is approaching a deal with James Gist, according to Mozzart Sport.
Gist, 34, has been a free agent since parting ways with Crvena Zvezda mts. The German outlet would be his sixth Turkish Airlines EuroLeague team following the Serbian club, Panathinaikos, Malaga, Fenerbahce Ulker, and Partizan.
The veteran of 246 games in Europe’s premier club competition carrying his experience to the team coached by Andrea Trinchieri can boost the frontline adding necessary size moving forward into the 2020-21 season.
Bayern at 7-4 sits fourth in the EuroLeague standings. A 3-0 start paints the picture at the domestic level.
