Kostas Papanikolaou will be sidelined for the next four weeks due to a back issue. He underwent an MRI Thursday confirming him on the Olympiacos injury list.
Papanikolaou, 30, has been averaging 5.3 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per Turkish Airlines EuroLeague contest over his first 13 appearances this season.
Octavius Ellis picked up an elbow injury against Fenerbahce Beko Wednesday and is considered day-to-day.
Georgios Printezis already sidelined completes the injury list for head coach Georgios Bartzokas.
The Reds, currently 7-8 off three EuroLeague losses in a row, will return to action Tuesday taking on Khimki Moscow Region in Russia.
