CSKA Moscow Andrey Vatutin talked about the situation with team star guard Mike James following the latter’s suspension from games and practices due to what the club has described as an “incident” in the team’s locker room.
“There is a problem, we are looking for a solution that will allow everyone to work towards a common goal,” Vatutin said to Russian news agency TASS. “The time will come and we will inform about it soon. In the meantime, I don’t get tired of being surprised by people who – without possessing any truthful information – are relying on rumors, gossip, and other nonsense. And they are seriously talking about what they would have done in the place of the club or Mike.”
