After two great breakthrough seasons with JL Bourg-en-Bresse, Danilo Andjusic might get a chance to make his EuroLeague return. According to Mozzart Sport, the Serbian guard is close to signing a deal with the 7DAYS EuroCup champion AS Monaco Basket.

Coach Zvezdan Mitrovic won the EuroCup with Monaco, punching a EuroLeague ticket and it seems that he decided to make sure he has a proper backcourt once the French team debuts in the elite competition. Andjusic will couple up with Rob Grey who also had an outstanding season and has decided to stay with the club.

Andjusic averaged 19.4 points, 3.2 assists and 2.7 rebounds last season over 45 games split between EuroCup and the French League. He was also a key player for the Serbian national team during the windows in the absence of NBA and EuroLeague players, and has earned a spot on the roster for the ongoing Olympics Qualifiers.
