FC Bayern Munich has penned Joshua Obiesie to a two-year contract, the team announced Friday.
Obiesie, 21, comes from s.Oliver Wurzburg. He averaged 5.1 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per easyCredit BBL game in his third season. Despite his young age, he has already made his way to 60 games of Germany’s top-tier division. In addition, he debuted with Germany’s senior national team last season.
Bayern previously added Othello Hunter, Darrun Hilliard, Joe Schilling, Andreas Obst, Ognjen Jaramaz this summer. Also, Leon Radosevic and Paul Zipser have inked a contract extension.
