Crvena Zvezda has been eyeing the return of Mathias Lessort to the roster, though the negotiations have come to a halt, as it was reported by MozzartSport’s Djordje Matic.
Per the report, some issues of private nature, as well as a financial conflict for the monthly, have resulted in this delay and it remains to be seen whether Zvezda will continue its push for the French big or turn to the market once again.
In the meantime, former Zvezda big Maik Zirbes is currently practicing with the squad per his request, MozzartSport further reports.
Zvezda, which has added Austin Hollins, Nikola Ivanovic while they have brought back Luka Mitrovic, Nikola Kalinic, Nate Wolters and Stefan Lazarevic this offseason looks for a big to complete its roster for the upcoming season.
