Wade Baldwin has not yet played in the last two games under permission from Baskonia for the birth of his child, and according to numerous reports by local media, he might be on the exit door from the team.
According to the show “Kiroleros” of Radio Marca Vitoria the two sides may already be negotiating the release of the player. However, according to Eurohoops sources, this is not the case yet and Baskonia awaits Baldwin’s return to action.
Without Baldwin, Baskonia lost to Olympiacos for the first game of the EuroLeague season and to Manresa in Liga Endesa, with both games played on the road. It goes without saying that Baldwin is one of the most important pieces in Baskonia’s roster and if the club decides to part ways with him, it would be more than difficult to replace him.
