Pablo Laso and Thomas Heurtel have tested positive for COVID-19, Real Madrid announced.
Real Madrid‘s last game was in the Spanish League against Unicaja Malaga at home which they won. Prior to that matchup, they faced Barcelona in Euroleague while they are scheduled to face Alba Berlin tonight (Tuesday, November 14).
The remainder of the roster, coaching staff, and team members have tested negative and will be available for the Round 15 home game starting at 20:45 local time at the WiZink Center.
Heurtel played 14 Euroleague games so far this season, averaging 9.2 points, 4.9 assists, and 3.1 rebounds in 20 minutes of playing time. He’s also been shooting 37% from deep.
Real Madrid is currently 11-3 in Euroleague at the second spot, right behind Barcelona (12-2) while in the Spanish League, they top the standings with 12-1 in front of Barce (11-2).
