Two EuroLeague clubs received sanctions by the competion.

Panathinaikos Athens and Barcelona were fined by EuroLeague Basketball due to the behavior of some fans during the teams’ games vs. Olympiacos Piraeus and Unics Kazan respectively.

Per EuroLeague: 

Euroleague Basketball has announced the following disciplinary sanction pertaining to incidents that occurred in Round 17 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season.

– FC BARCELONA has been sanctioned with a fine of €4,000 for conduct of a group of people committing acts that show a lack of respect on occasion of its home game against Unics Kazan under Article 29.2.g) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.

PANATHINAIKOS OPAP ATHENS has been sanctioned with a fine of €6,000 for the lighting of crackers inside the arena, a fine of €7,000 for the use of laser pointers, a fine of €12,000 for the conduct of a group of people committing acts that show a lack of respect, and a fine of €8,000 for the throwing of objects ono the player court on occasion of its home game against Olympiacos Piraeus under Article 29.2.e), f), g) and h) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code, respectively.
