Shane Larkin was the driving force behind Anadolu Efes‘ 3-1 triumph over Olimpia Milano in their EuroLeague playoffs series and has been named the April MVP, the competition announced Friday.
Larkin averaged 17.6 points, 5.3 assists and a PIR of 23.4, as Efes went 5-2 in April and he ranked second in playoffs PIR at 18.8 across four games. The Efes superstar also ranked third in assists (4.8) and steals (1.3) during the playoffs.
This marks his third Turkish Airlines EuroLeague monthly MVP honour.
Anadolu Efes is set to face Olympiacos in the first semifinal of the Final Four in Belgrade (May 19, 18:00 CET).
