Olimpia Milano has announced Wednesday they have extended big man Paul Biligha for the 2022-23 season.
“Paul has interpreted his role within our team correctly, on and off the court, so we are delighted about this chance to keep working together in the future,” Olimpia’s general manager Christos Stavropoulos told olimpiamilano.com.
“I’m grateful to Olimpia for giving me the opportunity to play at the highest level. My goal is to keep helping the team reach its goals, working hard every day, every practice, every game,” Biligha added upon the announcement of his extension.
Biligha arrived in Milan during the 2019 offseason. Over three seasons, he has helped the team win two Italian Cups, one Supercup and the Italian league championship in 2022, on top of helping Olimpia qualify for the 2021 EuroLeague Final Four.
