Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv has announced that all 10.000 season tickets, which include all home matches in the EuroLeague and the Israeli Winner League, have been sold out.
“Building a fast and balanced team and the strategic moves made by the club led to an expression of confidence on the part of our fans,” the club’s CEO Adli Markos said. “We thank them, they are our strength.”
It’s a well-known fact that Maccabi has a loyal fanbase and also the biggest ticketing revenues in Europe by far. That’s why the team was really hurt during COVID.
Meanwhile, the 10.000 season tickets mean less than 1.000 tickets available for the general public in every game, since the Menora Mivtachim Arena has a total capacity of 10.823 seats.
