The EuroLeague Head Coaches Board is presenting its new Video Platform that provides virtual access to the 2019 EuroLeague Coaches Clinic and the 2022 EHCB Congress, along with online lectures by members of the association.
Per EHCB:
The EHCB Video Platform is a tool to transfer knowledge to coaches around the globe who have not been able to attend the 2019 EuroLeague Coaches Clinic or the 2022 EHCB Coaches Congress. Besides the two in-person events we are also presenting the video recordings of the 2021 EHCB Members Online Lectures and the 2022 EHCB Members Online Lectures from the EHCB Coaches Academy.
In the first week of July 2019, Badalona hosted the first ever EuroLeague Coaches Clinic. Six of EuroLeague coaching masterminds and members of the EuroLeague Head Coaches Board gave on-court master classes on offense and defense technical and tactical elements in basketball. Those six have been Ettore Messina, Xavi Pascual, Georgios Bartzokas, Sarunas Jasikevicius, Pablo Laso and Zeljko Obradovic.
In the last week of June 2022, the Gloria Sports Hotel hosted the 2022 EHCB Coaches Congress in Antalya-Turkiye. Three panel discussions on six on-court master classes have been held there. The panel discussion on sociology was amongst Sarunas Jasikevicius, Ioannis Sfairopoulos, Selcuk Ernak and was moderated by Ismail Senol and Darko Peric. The panel discussion on psychology was amongst Georgios Bartzkoas, Ahmet Caki, Sasa Obradovic and was moderated by Aris Barkas and Darko Peric. The panel discussion on youth development was amongst Zeljko Obradovic, Xavi Pascual, Zvezdan Mitrovic and was moderated by Ismail Senol and Darko Peric. The six on-court master classes were in the same format as in Badalona being each class was split into offense and defense. The EHCB members to give a class have been: Xavi Pascual, Ahmet Caki, Ioannis Sfairopoulos, Dimitris Itoudis, Selcuk Ernak and Zeljko Obradovic.
In June and July 2021 the EHCB Members Online Lectures as part of the first generation of the EHCB Coaches Academy have been held online. Three panel discussions and 17 lectures have been held with Sarunas Jasikevicius, Ioannis Sfairopoulos, Ahmet Caki, Sasa Obradovic, Ettore Messina, Sergio Scariolo, Zeljko Obradovic, Pablo Laso, Xavi Pascual, Jaume Ponsarnau, Dimitris Itoudis, Georgios Vovoras, Dejan Radonjic, Selcuk Ernak, Ergin Ataman, Zvezdan Mitrovic.
In July and August 2022 the EHCB Members Online Lectures as part of the second generation of the EHCB Coaches Academy have been held online. 17 lectures have been held with Sarunas Jasikevicius, Ioannis Sfairopoulos, Ahmet Caki, Sasa Obradovic, Ettore Messina, Sergio Scariolo, Zeljko Obradovic, Pablo Laso, Xavi Pascual, Dimitris Itoudis, Georgios Bartzkoas, Selcuk Ernak, Ergin Ataman, Zvezdan Mitrovic, Dejan Radonjic, Andrea Trinchieri, Dimitris Priftis.
