It was already known that both Aleksa Avramovic and Alen Smailagic will miss the start of the season, however, it seems that Partizan can’t count on them at least until the middle of December.
“Both players, Smailagic and Avramovic, will hardly be ready until the middle of December, or in the new year,” said coach Zeljko Obradovic to “Arena Sport” confirming the worst-case scenario in both injuries.
Avramovic reaggravated his hand injury during the preparation of the Serbian national team before the Eurobasket, while Avramovic suffered a back injury during Partizan’s pre-season games in Spain.
That leaves four Serbian players healthy on the Partizan roster, Danilo Andusic, Uros Trifunovic, Balsa Koprivica, and Tristan Vukcevic.
