Tornike Shengelia of Virtus Segafredo Bologna is close to coming back to the court. According to local media Corriere di Bologna, Shengelia will make his debut against Real Madrid on Thursday.
The Georgian star missed the beginning of the season with the Italian team due to a shoulder fracture. He was injured during the FIBA World Cup qualifiers in Tbilisi.
In the previous EuroCup season, Shengelia averaged 8,1 points, 5,5 rebounds, and 3,5 assists.
Virtus started its season without Shengelia and has a 1-3 record after the first four EuroLeague games.
