Crvena Zvezda will face Monaco in Round 6 of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague without Luka Mitrović, Jaylen Adams, Miroslav Raduljica, and Nikola Topić, who will stay in Belgrade.

Mitrović got injured during the last round’s win against Bayern Munich and missed the Adriatic league match against Igokea. He strained his adductor and is expected to be back with a team after the game against Saša Obradović’s team.

Adams was ill and missed the last four games of Vladimir Jovanović’s team, while Raduljica and young Topić didn’t make the cut this time.

“A difficult game awaits us. Monaco plays well and has a great team. They doubled the budget compared to the previous season, and have two top Euroleague players in each position. We will try to add to the last triumphs in the ABA League and the Euroleague and return to Belgrade with a victory”, said Nemanja Nedović.

Luca Vildoza had a great start with Crvena Zvezda and led the team to their first Euroleague victory this season against Bayern with 20 points. Nedović believes his among the top five playmakers in Europe.

“When he’s at his best – for sure. I’m glad I have the opportunity to play with him. We can cause serious problems for other teams,” added Nedović.
