TONYE JEKIRI

A “devil’s week” begins for the Euroleague and Euroleague Fantasy, and Eurohoops thinks that the absence of Jonathan Motley can lead us to a “safe” choice of Tonye Jekiri against Olympiakos…

First, let’s bless our beards a little. We don’t think you’ll have any complaints about our picks from last week. We “stumbled” on the absence of Wolters at Panathinaikos and recommended Paris Lee, who left us stunned, as well as Dejan Radonic on the bench, after we bet on the momentum of the “greens” who finally defeated Armani.

So we hit two birds with one stone.

With another absence, we bet this matchday as well, the 13th in the Euroleague and Fantasy.

Jonathan Motley – Fener‘s main center – did not come to Athens for the big derby with Olympiakos, so Dimitris Itoudis has two options for the position: Tonye Jekiri, a classic center, and Devin Booker, who also plays as a power forward. More the second.

With 8.7 points in the Fantasy market, the Nigerian center will have a difficult task against Moustapha Fall, but we believe that if he is not loaded with fouls, he will play a lot of minutes and give a lot of points in our “fantasy” game.

There are still several absent Fener players who could help with rebounds, such as Dyshawn Pierre and the permanently absent Nemanja Bjelica – we believe that Jekiri will do us justice this matchday, especially since Motley will miss at least 10-15 days.

We’ll keep Nick Calathes since Wilbekin will be missing again and keep our starting five unchanged in terms of Vezenkov (only a madman would throw him away), the in-form Derrick Williams, and this year’s very good Nicolas Laprovittola.
