Two contests of this week’s Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season Round 21 received new starting times.
Euroleague Basketball announced the changes on Monday.
The next edition of El Clasico pitting Real Madrid and FC Barcelona against each other will tip off at 19:00 CET, Thursday evening. The initial start for the derby to be played at WiZink Center was set at 20:45 CET. The change was made due to the football division of the Whites recently drawn against Atletico Madrid in the 2022-23 Copa del Rey Quarterfinals and the attached matchup to take place in Santiago Bernabeu at 21:00 CET Thursday.
In addition, Panathinaikos will welcome Zalgiris in the battle of the Greens at OAKA Altion at 21:00 CET, instead of 20:00 CET. Similar to the above adjustment, the football division of the Athens outfit will be hosting PAOK in the return game of the two-legged series of the Greek Cup Quarterfinal at 18:30 CET Thursday.
Besides the collision of the rivals based in Madrid and Barcelona, the Belgrade rivals, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet and Partizan Mozzart Bet are also set for a showdown in Round 21.
