On March 21 at 18:15 CET, Fenerbahce will host Milano for the EuroLeague Round 24 matchup that was postponed following the tragic earthquake that devastated both Turkey and Syria.
Dimitris Itoudis won’t have Metacan Birsen and DyShawn Pierre as injured players, but the Greek head coach won’t be able to put them on the court Tyler Dorsey as well.
The former Olympiacos and Dallas Mavericks player, in fact, joined the Turkish side only on March 1 and made his debut in Round 27 against his former team Maccabi Tel Aviv. Therefore, he was registered after Round 24, when Fenerbahce should have faced the Italian side.
At the moment, the Greek shooting guard is averaging 4.3 points in his third Turkish Airlines EuroLeague stint, helping Fenerbahce be in the 5th position in the standings with a 17-11 record.
On the other hand, Milano is fighting in the playoff race with a 12-16 record. Ettore Messina’s side will miss Devon Hall (right knee), Luigi Datome (left ankle), Paul Biligha (right knee), Shavon Shields (left ankle), and Kevin Pangos (abdominal strain).
