According to an article in the “Live Sport” newspaper, Luca Vildoza has signed with Panathinaikos for next season, as his contract with Red Star has a buy-out and can be broken even though his current agreement is valid until the summer of 2025.
The position of Panathinaikos on this specific issue is as follows:
“Panathinaikos is considering all players from the top shelf of the Vildosa level. Beyond that, the fact that it has already been closed and signed are science fiction scenarios in the editor’s mind.”
Panathinaikos denies any current agreement with the Argentine international guard and emphasizes that in the summer it will look at players of this level to strengthen its roster.
Eurohoops information says that the “top shelf” also applies to the coach who will succeed Christos Serelis.
Furthermore, Luca Vildoza spoke about his status in Crvena Zvezda saying that he would like to stay in Belgrade.
