“Man! Pap, Sasha, Isaiah, Thomas, Mous, they just held it down for 10 straight minutes, it was unbelievable”, McKissic praised his teammates Papanikolaou, Vezenkov, Canaan, Walkup, and Fall for the historic 27-2 third quarter of Olympiacos against Monaco.
And that quarter sets also the tone for the Final, as also the fans of Olympiacos who are the majority in Kaunas.
As Shaq admitted: “We will try to win it for them. They have to continue to be loud! We feel it, we feel it! It takes us over. That third quarter, I think we tapped into it”.
