On the second and last day of the “Neofytos Handriotis” tournament in Cyprus, Zalgiris Kaunas got the upper hand over Crvena Zvezda by completing the 85-84 win after yesterday’s defeat against Olympiacos.
Edgaras Ulanovas led his team with 16 points, followed by Arnas Butkevicius with 12 and Laurynas Birutis with 11. On the losing side, instead, Rokas Giedraitis scored 19 points with 5 rebounds and 4 assists, while Mike Tobey scored 18 on 8/13 from the field. Nemanja Nedovic added 13 points with 5 assists.
For the Lithuanian green-and-white side, Ignas Brazdeikis didn’t play as he’s set to complete his transfer to Olympiacos. Finally, the Greek team will complete the tournament by facing Maccabi Tel Aviv.
