Zalgiris Kaunas forward Brady Manek is one more important absence for the Lithuanian club and he is expected to be back on the court after the Christmas holidays.

Per the press release: “Manek suffered a right knee injury in the Betsafe-LKL game against Neptunas Klaipeda. In the third quarter of Monday’s game, Neptunas forward Azuolas Tubelis fell on Manek’s leg. The American left the court immediately and could not continue the game.

After medical tests, it was revealed that Manek will miss at least a month without basketball.

With Manek out of the line-up and Zalgiris rookie Edmond Sumner not yet in Lithuania, youngsters Dovydas Butka and Nedas Montvila traveled with the team to Thursday’s EuroLeague game in Milan”
