Valencia ruled out Semi Ojeleye for the upcoming games.

Ojeleye, 29, suffered a tear in the thigh muscles of his left leg. Following medical tests, the team updated his status on Monday.

The American forward was averaging 13.3 points and 4.0 rebounds per game in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague before missing the most recent team showing and also sitting out weekend action in Spain’s Liga Endesa. Placed on the injury list indefinitely, the next absences include EuroLeague’s two-game week with Partizan Mozzart Bet and Virtus Segafredo Bologna visiting La Fonteta on Tuesday and Thursday, respectively.

Alex Mumbru’s injury concerns extend to Jared Harper. Shortly after recovering from a left hamstring strain, the 26-year-old American point guard had a tear in the hamstring muscles of his right leg. He has been projected to stay on the injury list for a long period.

Due to an injury sustained against MoraBanc Andorra in Round 14 of Spain’s Liga Endesa on Sunday, Xabi Lopez-Arostegui has been listed as doubtful to play against Partizan tomorrow.

Injury woes can generate more playing time for Martin Hermannsson. On the opposite route compared to the above teammates, the Icelandic guard returned to action last week, recovering from a knee injury.

Sitting at 8-6, the Taronges are part of a five-way tie stretching from fourth to eighth in the standings of Europe’s premier club continental competition. A 10-4 run in the ACB ranks third overall, behind nearly perfect Real Madrid and Unicaja.
