One of the protagonists of the win by Panathinaikos over Partizan Belgrade in a stacked OAKA was Kendrick Nunn, who had 21 points and 5 assists in his green-and-white team’s victory.

After the encounter, the former NBA player spoke to Antonis Stroggylakis on the Eurohoops Show with Aris Barkas, Vaggelis Ioannou, and Mihalis Stefanou. “It was amazing, a big game for us. Partizan is always well-prepared to play us. It was a physical game and we got it done, it’s a great victory”, he first commented about the clash with the Serbian side.

During the weekend, Panathinaikos and Olympiacos will play against each other in the Greek Eternal Derby, the very first one for Kendrick Nunn. “I have seen what happens in the derby between Panathinaikos and Olympiakos. I look forward. We have prepared and we want to control this game. That’s what it’s all about”, he answered when asked about the clash.

Talking also to NOVA, the 28-year-old player shared he would like to stay in Athens, and he asserted that once more to Eurohoops. “I love the floor, the fans, the staff, my teammates: we’ve created a great bond. I don’t want to always continue moving around. It’s my first time in Europe and I’ve built a great relationship with the people here. Staying at Panathinaikos it’s a possibility, he finished.

In his first season with Panathinaikos, the former Miami Heat and Washington Wizards shooting guard has been averaging 13.5 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game with the Greek powerhouse.
