After leading Panathinaikos against Barcelona in scoring with a team-high 22 points, Kendrick Nunn was asked if he agrees with being the best offensive player in the EuroLeague.

The response said quite a lot in terms of his confidence. “Of course I do. Who else is better?”, he said to Eurohoops.

Joining the team before the EuroLeague Round 7 against ALBA Berlin at the beginning of November, he has been a huge factor in Ergin Ataman’s run in the past few months, climbing up the standings.

Spending 26:10 minutes per game on the court, he’s putting up 14.8 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game, being absolutely perfect at the line over 52 total attempts.

He then reflected on what it meant to beat Barcelona at home. “Big win tonight. We’re just trying to secure the home-court advantage, which is very important”, Kendrick Nunn said before commenting on playing against Jabari Parker, his teammates at Duke. “That’s my brother. We got a long way. We grew up together, almost my entire life before high school. We’re great long-time friends”, he added.
