Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet made another addition to its roster for the 2024/25 season. As officially announced, Cody Miller-McIntyre joined the Belgrade team on a two-year deal.
The US guard, who possesses a Bulgarian passport as well, joins the ABA champions after a stellar season with Baskonia.
As a debutant in the EuroLeague, the 30-year-old point guard had a rare triple-double and posted a EuroLeague record with 20 assists in a game.
He averaged a EuroLeague high of 7.3 assists, as well as 9.6 points and 4.4 rebounds in 39 appearances, playing in the Playoffs with the Vitoria team.
Before joining Zvezda, Miller-McIntyre also played for Leuven, Parma, Zenit Saint Petersburg, Cedevita Olimpija, and the Belgrade team’s arch-rivals, Partizan. After leaving Serbia, he donned the jerseys of JL Bourg, Andorra, and Gaziantep, before moving to Baskonia last summer.
Cody Miller-McIntyre is the fifth summer addition to Crvena Zvezda, following the return of Nikola Kalinic and the arrivals of Uros Plavsic, Isaiah Canaan, and Mike Daum.
