The building where Hapoel Tel Aviv coach Dimitris Itoudis stays was hit during the missile strike that Iran launched on Israel, ONE reports.

Itoudis is currently in his home country Greece. According to ONE, while there is damage in the building, the coach’s apartment remained unaffected.

On Friday (13/5) night, Iran fired a barrage of missiles against Israel in retaliation for the latter’s attack on nuclear and military facilities across Iran. Videos from Tel Aviv showed that while the Iron Dome intercepted several projectiles, there were explosions in urban areas inside the city.

Hapoel Tel Aviv said the following: “We would like to clarify that the home of the team coach was not damaged. At this difficult time, we send best wishes for a full recovery to the injured, pray for peace with Israel and its security and strengthen the hands of the security forces and IDF soldiers. We ask and expect to refrain from spreading unverified information which could – even indirectly – serve our enemies.
