The visual identity of the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four logo draws inspiration from three powerful Greek symbols, seamlessly blended with elements instantly recognizable to EuroLeague fans. At its heart stands the EuroLeague Championship Trophy, placed at the center of the design and enclosed within a circular shield that evokes the shape of a basketball.
Within the Trophy, the EuroLeague logo is supported by a Doric-style column, a nod to Greece’s rich architectural and artistic heritage.
Surrounding the Trophy, the circular shield is adorned with four olive branches, symbolizing the ancient Greek tradition of honoring athletic champions and the mythological contest between Poseidon and Athena, in which the goddess triumphed by raising an olive tree from stone, earning the right to name the Greek capital, Athens. The branches represent not only the ultimate victory awaiting the champion, but also the achievement of every team that qualifies as reaching the Final Four is, in itself, a triumph.
The background features a mosaic-inspired design, reflecting a decorative tradition that combines creativity with endurance. This element symbolizes the EuroLeague’s deep respect for European basketball traditions and values, while highlighting the innovation that continues to drive the league’s global growth.
The city and year of the EuroLeague Final Four, together with the name of Etihad, the event’s presenting partner, complete the composition and frame its overall structure. The Etihad logo takes a prominent position, replacing the historic list of EuroLeague champions, which will welcome one more name on May 24.
The EuroLeague Final Four palette flows from dark stone into champion’s gold, evoking both the grandeur of ancient Greece and the prestige of victory, grounded by the metallic grey of the trophy.
A deep navy blue, drawn from the Mediterranean, meets the signature EuroLeague orange, where sea and fire converge, capturing the energy and soul of the game.
The 2026 EuroLeague Final Four will take place in Athens at the magnificent Telekom Center Athens. The Semifinals will be played on Friday, May 22, tipping off at 18:00 and 21:00 local time (17:00 and 20:00 CEST). The adidas NextGen EuroLeague Championship Game will be held on Sunday, May 24, at 18:00 local time (17:00 CEST), followed by the EuroLeague Championship Game, which will tip off at 21:00 local time (20:00 CEST).”
