Euroleague Basketball confirms eight referees for the Final Four

Heading to the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four Athens, presented by Etihad, eight referees receive assignments for the season-ending tournament

Euroleague Basketball has officially announced the referees for the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four Athens, presented by Etihad.

The list of eight referees selected by the Officiating Department was shared on Saturday, alongside additional details.

Per the press release: “The Euroleague Basketball Officiating Department has selected the eight referees who will officiate at the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four Athens presented by Etihad, which will take place from May 22 to 24.

The group is made up of seasoned veterans, including all three who officiated last season’s Championship Game, and a pair of first-time Final Four officials. They are Mehdi Difallah, Luka Kardum, Milos Koljensic, Olegs Latisevs, Robert Lottermoser, Milan Nedovic, Carlos Peruga and Sreten Radovic.

The eight referees chosen for the event combine for 109 seasons of EuroLeague experience and have worked a combined 55 Final Four games, including Lottermoser, Peruga and Nedovic, who were all members of the crew that worked the 2025 Championship Game in Abu Dhabi.

For Lottermoser this will be his 11th Final Four, while it will be Peruga’s third and Nedovic’s second. Among the returning officials, Latisevs will be overseeing his 12th Final Four, Difallah will be making his seventh trip to the Final Four, and Radovic will be at his fifth. Kardum and Koljensic are making their Final Four debuts.

The 2026 EuroLeague Final Four will begin on Friday, May 22, with Olympiacos Piraeus vs. Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul, followed by Valencia Basket vs. Real Madrid. The Championship Game will be played on Sunday, May 24.”
