EuroLeague brings interactive Fan Zone to Athens for Final Four weekend

The Euroleague will include several interactive experiences at a meeting point in Athens during the Final Four

Fans attending the Euroleague Final Four in Athens will be able to enjoy a huge Fan Zone packed with basketball-related activities and much more.

The heart of Final Four week will beat at the EuroLeague FanZone in Athens, as the EuroLeague transforms the area in front of Zappeion Hall into the meeting point for basketball fans from Thursday, May 21, through Sunday, May 24.

Open across all four days, the FanZone will combine basketball, entertainment, music, and interactive experiences for fans of all ages, featuring activities, games, exclusive merchandise, partner activations, and appearances from players, legends, and content creators.

At the center of the FanZone will be the main court, where fans can enjoy an action-packed basketball and fun program from Thursday to Sunday. The schedule will include U16 and U18 3×3 tournaments open to the public (fans interested in participating can register directly on-site at the court entrance), wheelchair basketball competitions, 3-point shootouts with NextGen EuroLeague participants, One Team sessions with Final Four players, open free-play slots and interactive spectator games hosted by the MC, all accompanied by live DJ sets and appearances from EuroLeague legends and players.

This year, the FanZone will open its doors on Thursday, one day earlier than usual, with the adidas Hoop District Grand Finale, bringing together the four finalist teams from Paris and Munich for a Final Four-style showdown to crown the ultimate adidas Hoop District champion. Alongside the games, fans can expect creators covering the event live, adidas dancers, interactive contests, special guests, music performances and the return of MK’s popular 1v1 challenge featuring fans and creators on court, plus opportunities to win 2026 EuroLeague Final Four tickets.

Throughout the week and across the entire FanZone area, EuroLeague partners will deliver immersive experiences and activations for attendees. Here’s what fans will be able to find at each partner stand throughout the EuroLeague FanZone:

  • Etihad Airways: Step into the Etihad Fan Zone and explore the world of Etihad Airways through interactive basketball-inspired experiences and Asian destinations. Fans can test their jumping height, take the final step of the Hoop Dreams challenge, and win exciting prizes throughout the event.
  • Experience Abu Dhabi: Enjoy basketball games, chill-out spaces, traditional Gahwa coffee experiences and appearances from EuroLeague legends throughout the week.
  • BKT: Get ready to experience the true pulse of basketball; the BKT Heartbeat Challenge comes to life, bringing fans closer to the game than ever before. Step inside the BKT Heartbeat Cabin and show your passion, singing your team’s chants as loud as you can, just like you do in the arena. The louder, the better!
  • Motorola: Explore gamified basketball spaces, discover Motorola technology and visit the exclusive Panini collaboration corner to collect a special Final Four sticker memory.
  • PPC/DEI: Try AI-powered virtual slam dunks, basketball-inspired nail art and tattoos, and skill-based “Spin the Ball” challenges with the chance to win exclusive bucket hats and prizes.
  • adidas: Discover the official Final Four merchandise store, customize your products at the personalization corner and test your skills in the adidas shooting challenge.
  • Spalding: Shop official EuroLeague and team basketballs, including exclusive Final Four editions only available in Athens.
  • Visa: Enter the “Visa House of Basketball,” where fans can compete in athletic and shooting challenges using interactive digital technology and real basketballs to win prizes.
  • Trendyol: Take part in basketball shooting competitions connected to the Trendyol app and unlock rewards, keychains and exclusive EuroLeague merchandise.
  • Sprite: Refresh yourself with Sprite and the new Sprite Chill mint flavor before stepping into the Sprite MVP Zone to test your basketball skills and create your own highlight video clip.
  • Region of Attica: Enter an immersive basketball environment featuring LED floors, interactive hoops, giant video walls and vertical jump challenges designed to test your athleticism.
  • EYDAP: Join the “Save the Drop” basketball challenge, where fans race to stop leaking taps, save water and compete for exclusive Final Four prizes while promoting sustainability awareness.
  • Skip Wonder Wash: Get ready to experience the fresh side of the game. Skip Wonder Wash Launderette combines speed, freshness, and a year’s supply of detergents in one unique experience. Next to it, Dove Men+Care, the brand synonymous with care, showcases its biggest deodorant launch yet.

Access to the EuroLeague FanZone is free, but registration will be mandatory for all attendees entering the venue. Fans can register online in advance or directly onsite through the official QR codes located around the FanZone area. After completing the registration process, attendees will receive a personal QR code by email, which must be scanned at the FanZone entrance in exchange for an official access wristband.

Fans registering through the QR code system will also automatically enter an exclusive raffle, with five lucky winners receiving two tickets each for the 2027 EuroLeague Final Four, while additional selected fans will gain access to 20 premium pre-sale opportunities for the 2027 event.

For visitors who prefer not to share personal data, a dedicated registration desk and onsite registration tent will also be available at the venue. These attendees will still be able to access the FanZone, although they will not be eligible to participate in the raffle giveaways.

For four days, the FanZone will turn the center of Athens into a celebration of basketball culture, giving fans the chance to experience the energy of the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four Athens presented by Etihad before the beginning of the games at the Telekom Center Athens.
