As the Memphis Grizzlies continue to evaluate trade scenarios involving star guard Ja Morant and their No. 3 overall pick in the upcoming NBA Draft, another asset on their roster is quietly drawing attention around the league.
According to NBA insider Jake Fischer, several teams have expressed interest in acquiring the draft rights to EuroLeague standout Tarik Biberovic, whose NBA rights are currently owned by the Grizzlies.
Biberovic, 25, has established himself as one of Europe’s premier perimeter shooters during his time with Fenerbahce. Over the past three seasons, the versatile wing has knocked down 44 percent of his three-point attempts, cementing his reputation as a reliable floor spacer.
His stock reached a new level in 2025 when he played a key role in leading Fenerbahce to the EuroLeague championship, further strengthening his case as a potential NBA contributor. Biberovic also played a key role in Fenerbahce’s 2025-26 season, scoring the game-winning three pointer that gave the team coached by Jasikevicius the finals series against Besiktas.
With Memphis exploring multiple avenues to reshape its roster, Biberovic’s rights could become an intriguing trade asset. Teams seeking an experienced shooter with high-level international success may view the Turkish international as a low-risk, high-upside addition.
