Žalgiris Kaunas has officially announced the signing of Sterling Brown.
The 31-year-old guard has signed a 1+1 contract that will keep him with the Lithuanian club through the end of the 2027-28 season.
Brown arrives after two seasons with Partizan, where he averaged 13.7 points, 11.0 PIR, and shot 39.2% from three-point range in the EuroLeague last season. Before joining the Belgrade club, he spent one year with ALBA Berlin following a six-year stint in the NBA.
Žalgiris sporting director Gediminas Navickas welcomed the arrival of the American guard, while Brown admitted he had little hesitation about accepting the offer.
“Once I got the call and saw how serious the club’s interest was, I knew it was only a matter of working out the details because I wanted to come here,” Brown said.
