Olympiacos announced the much-anticipated signing of Jean Montero (23 years old, 1.88m) through the Angelopoulos brothers, during a press conference held by the European and Greek champions regarding their partnership with the company SuperBet.
The Angelopoulos brothers, together with the company’s officials, also presented Olympiacos‘ away jersey featuring Jean Montero’s #8!
The great Dominican guard will wear the red and white for the next three years, now belonging to the roster of the European and Greek champions.
Montero had a fantastic season in the EuroLeague, leading Valencia to the Final Four for the first time in its history, while being the main protagonist in winning the second Spanish championship for the “Bats.”
He was included in the EuroLeague’s Best Five and named the MVP of the Liga Endesa finals.
