Jabari Parker is expected to be present when Partizan begin their preseason preparations on Thursday, according to Sport Klub.
The former No. 2 NBA Draft pick remains under contract after signing a two-year deal with the Serbian club last summer. He is expected to train with the team at the start of preseason while Partizan continues to assess his status.
Parker joined Partizan from Barcelona as one of the club’s marquee additions but struggled to establish a consistent role, averaging 7.7 points and 2.5 rebounds in 15 EuroLeague appearances.
He completed the season on loan at Joventut Badalona. The Spanish club reportedly does not currently expect him to return, leaving his future beyond the opening stage of Partizan’s preparations uncertain.
