Jonas Valanciunas played just 3 minutes in Zalgiris‘ friendly match against Sabah before leaving with an injury to his right foot.
The Lithuanian center remained on the bench for the entire 1st half without wearing the sneakers on the foot that bothered him; however, when Zalgiris retired to the locker room for the break and returned for the 2nd half, he was left behind.
During the time he played, he did not score, while the official update from Zalgiris is now expected.
In the competitive part, Zalgiris had no difficulty prevailing with 112-78, with Edgaras Ulanovas scoring 18 points and Marek Blazevic 17.
