The 2026-27 adidas NextGen EuroLeague will feature 40 Under-18 programs from 15 countries, Euroleague Basketball announced.
Twenty-six teams will enter the four Qualifying Tournaments directly, while another 14 will begin in two new Pre-Qualifying Tournaments. The field includes the junior sections of 17 EuroLeague clubs, 10 EuroCup clubs, and 13 other clubs and academies.
The season tips off in Rijeka, Croatia, on October 23-25. Host Kvarner CEBA Academy will face Split Basketball, Bosna BH Telecom, FMP Belgrade, Tofas Bursa, Pablo Laso Academy, Zentro Basket Madrid and an adidas Select Program team. The winner will advance to the Belgrade qualifier.
Vienna will stage the second pre-qualifier on November 27-29, with Vienna Basketball joined by Abu Dhabi Wildcats, Cholet Basket, London Lions, Neptunas Klaipeda, Orange1 Bassano, Veolia Towers Hamburg and an adidas Select Program team. The winner will earn a place at the Paris qualifier.
Bayern Munich will host the first Qualifying Tournament on January 7-9, 2027, welcoming Cedevita Olimpija, Joventut Badalona, Valencia Basket, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Panathinaikos, Pole France INSEP Paris and NextGen Team Munich.
Virtus Bologna will host the next stop on January 21-23, alongside Umana Reyer Venice, Aris Thessaloniki, Besiktas, ratiopharm ulm, Real Madrid, Zalgiris Kaunas and NextGen Team Bologna.
The competition moves to Paris on February 26-28. Host Paris Basketball will face Olimpia Milan, Dubai Basketball, Barcelona, Kids&Us Manresa, Olympiacos, NextGen Team Paris and the Vienna pre-qualifier winner.
Belgrade will stage the final qualifier on April 2-4, with Crvena Zvezda hosting local rivals Mega Super and Partizan, as well as Dolomiti Energia Trento, Hapoel Tel Aviv, ASVEL, NextGen Team Belgrade and the Rijeka pre-qualifier winner.
The four qualifying tournament champions will advance to the 2027 adidas NextGen EuroLeague Finals, where four wild-card teams will complete the eight-team field.
