Thanks to Milos Teodosic’s amazing performance (23 points, on 8 of 9 shooting, six assists, six rebounds, 28 in the ranking system), CSKA Moscow beat Crvena Zvezda (84-74) in Moscow and now is two steps away from the Final 4.

On the other hand, Crvena Zvezda will try to claim the victory on Thursday in order to gain the home-court advantage.

Apart from the Serbian guard, Kyle Hines had 21 points (on 9 of 12 shooting) for the winners, whereas Stefan Jovic and Quincy Miller scored 14 points each for the losing squad.

Crvena Zvezda made a better start to the game and quickly earned a seven-point advantage (2-9), however CSKA Moscow immediately responded. They went on a 10-0 run to take the lead (12-9) and retained it until the end of the first quarter (25-20).

Later, the visitors managed to remain competitive (28-26, 37-33) and closed the first half down by four points (44-40), thanks to Miller’s two-pointer at the buzzer.

In the second half, the situation remained the same. The Muscovites were comfortably retaining their advantage (49-42, 54-45, 61-50), but the Serbians weren’t willing to give up and cut the deficit to seven, after 30 minutes in the game (63-56).

In the fourth quarter, the visitors tried to make a come-back (68-63), but the hosts brought their lead back to double digits (82-70) ans secured their victory, which brings them a step closer to the Final Four, whereas Crvena Zvezda will try to even the series on Thursday.
