There are no secrets between Lokomotiv Kuban and CSKA Moscow, the two teams that are going to meet in the first semifinal of the Euroleague Final Four. And Malcolm Delaney knows that.

Perhaps that is a reason why the thing that truly matters for  the American combo guard is to “stick to the same plan with which we have been playing this season”, as he said to Eurohoops. “We are confident and we prepared well. It’s just the same with us”, he then added.

Although he was chosen for the All-Euroleague first team, and was one of the main contenders to be named MVP, Delaney did not win the award. “It’s hard for an American to win MVP in Euroleague. And it’s hard for a someone not in a club that’s a ‘big name’ to win MVP”, commented the 26-year old player. “But I don’t care”, he then added. “I only care for us being in the Final Four and we’ll see the game tomorrow. That’s the big thing for us”.
