After the win against Lokomotiv Kuban in the semifinal, Aaron Jackson believes that CSKA Moscow is on the right path towards the final target: Winning the Euroleague.
As he said to Eurohoops: “We are on the right path. We had a great season and a tough Top 16 prepared us from moments like the ones of the semifinal”.
While CSKA Moscow held the control of the game, Lokomotiv Kuban made a good effort to make a comeback during the last minutes. Did that put any pressure to Aaron Jackson and his teammates? “No, I don’t think we felt pressure. Lokomotiv is a team that has fire in it. They wouldn’t quit. But we felt confident and knew what needs to be done”.
