Marcus Slaughter of Darussafaka sat down with Euroleague TV for his own preseason interview. The Turkish team has a new coach this season, David Blatt, and Slaughter was called to comment on his thoughts about the preparation, his teammates and more!
“It’s great to listen to him telling us new things that we didn’t know before”, he said about his new coach.
This season is Darussafaka’s sophomore in Euroleague. Slaughter was called to name the differences between last year and now: “We’re experienced now and we understand how big the competition is. But now it’s a new format, a lot tougher. I think everyone has to adjust to this. We look forward to get past what we did last year.”
