Olympiacos will face once again Anadolu Efes in the playoffs, like it happened in 2013, however as coach Giannis Sfairopoulos points out, things are not going to be easy.

Matt Lojeski is expected to miss the playoffs – “we will probably not have him”, explained Sfairopoulos – and the Greek coach knows that Anadolu Efes is not going to be an easy opponent: “They are a talented team, really athletic and very dangerous. We saw it in the recent game between us and we knew it since the pre-season tournament, when we played them”.

After all you can’t expect anything easy at the playoffs: “At this level in the Euroleague, there is no easy game. Especially now in the playoffs, where each team has a chance to go to the Final Four. Many people might say that Fenerbahce is more dangerous than Anadolu Efes, but if you go deeper, you will see that Efes has very good players, great at one on one situation, real athletes who can score in the paint. I do not want people to believe that it’s going to be easy. We must use the home court advantage. I urge people to fill our gym in both games and boost our team”.
