Milos Teodosic scored 22 points, dished out 5 assists and hit the go-ahead 3-pointer leading CSKA Moscow to a 98 – 90 victory over Baskonia in the pair’s Game 1 of the EuroLeague playoffs.

The Basques had achieved a comeback from a 12-point deficit 72 – 60 thanks to an absolutely sensational Shane Larkin who scored 15 out of his 17 points in the fourth period, helping his team make it 86 – 88 with less than three minutes left.

But Milos dropped five consecutive points, giving his team the 91 – 90 lead, Nando De Colo (17 points) scored after a classy drive and the defending champs remained ahead until the final buzzer.

Sito Alonso’s players missed some easy shots and made mistakes that reduced their fighting chances as the game was reaching its end. Beaubois’ offensive foul with the score 94 – 90 and 10 seconds to go doomed them.
