Real Madrid faced defeat from Darussafaka in Game 2 in Madrid and Pablo Laso shared his thoughts on the mentally and physically challenging game in the post game press conference.
“We were not able to perform accurately towards the end of the game”, was one of the coach’s first comments. “We have to move on to the next stage quickly in order to win at least one game in Istanbul.”
“The only thing that’s in my head is the third match. You’re asking me about two games, but I’m only focused on the next one”, he continued.
He appeared positive that Real can reach a break and pay Darussafaka back for tonight. “They won here, and we can win over there. But like I said, I’m only focused on the third game.”
